Guest Chef Series pt. 2 - Tom Phillips

This Summer we are so fortunate to be joined a number of the country’s top chefs over three monthly evenings where alongside our team of chefs at Thomas they will collaborate to create a unique tasting menu celebrating the best seasonal produce.

Joining as our second guest chef of our three part event series this summer, Chef Tom Phillips is no stranger to the Welsh culinary scene and it’s produce. A Newport native, Tom’s passion for cooking stems from making Welsh cakes with his mum and has carried him through working with the likes of Thomas Keller (Per Sey, NYC) and Simon Rogan (L’Enclume, Cartmel). Tom currently holds the position of Executive Chef at the 2* Michelin starred Restaurant Story in Bermondsey, London.

Help us in welcoming Tom back to his home country on the 11th July for a unique tasting menu alongside our own team at Thomas.  £120 per person.
