Our menus blend classic brasserie favourites with seasonal creativity. From daily specials that celebrate the best of Welsh produce, to signature dishes that have become local favourites, each plate reflects Tom’s commitment to flavour, balance, and quality.

From June, we will replace our daily speicals with a 2 and 3 course set menu. Available Tuesday - Saturday (12pm - 2.30pm) and for an early bird dinner option (5pm - 6pm).
